BEGINNING APRIL 2010 Federal law requires that contractors performing renovating, repair or paint work in homes built before 1978 (that disturbs more than 6sq ft inside or 20sq ft outside) must:

• Be EPA certified  (We are EPA RRP Certified Firm: #NAT-58060-1)

• Follow specific, detailed work practices to prevent lead contamination
